The Role:

Support the General Manager in all aspects of the businessEnsure excellent food & beverage service and an outstanding guest experienceLead and motivate the team to deliver consistently high standardsBe hands-on during busy service periodsAssist with day-to-day operations, including staffing, training, and service management
