Residential Conveyancing Assistant
We have been instructed on an exciting legal opportunity by our client, a highly reputable law firm with offices based in Bingley.
They are keen to bring an experienced Residential Conveyancing Assistant to their highly successful team in the West Yorkshire region to embark on an exciting and challenging role within their Residential Conveyancing department.
Our client pride themselves on the professional and friendly legal services they provide to their loyal clientele and offer a genuinely amazing and inclusive place to work.The Role- You will be welcomed into and complement the busy and successful conveyancing team by providing full administrative assistance to the conveyancing fee earners within the team to support them in the processing of sales and purchases.- You will regularly utilise the firm’s Case Management System to open cases, enter instructions and produce relevant documentation.- You will be dealing with enquiries and assisting fee earners on issuing contracts to clients on sales files.- Strong communicational skills will be essential to this role as you will be regularly liaising with clients and updating them at all stages of their cases.The Ideal Candidate- You will be both enthusiastic and passionate about this area of law with a background in the conveyancing sector.- You will have a background in the use of case management systems and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.- You will be organised with the ability to effectively prioritise your work.How to ApplyIf you would like to apply for this Conveyancing Assistant role in Bingley, or would like to hear more about it, please contact Helen Mauborgne at Sacco Mann on 0113 467 9786 or ask to speak to another member of the team.
