Multi-Skilled Handyman – FM Service Provider – Commercial Campus – London – up to £30,000 per annum

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Handyman to be based in a prestigious Commercial Campus based in London. This Campus has amazing facilities such as - on-site restaurants for when you are hungry, great cafes to grab a hot drink and much more. They have bike racks on-site for when you want to cycle into work. This site is a short walk from Great Portland street station and 5 minutes away Warren Station.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Building Maintenance.

Package:

Key duties & responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, including carpentry, plumbing, and minor electrical workCarry out minor installations, such as lighting and socket outlets, under the guidance of a qualified electricianTroubleshoot and resolve minor electrical issues, such as replacing fuses and bulbsConduct regular inspections to identify and report any maintenance or repair needsCollaborate with other technicians and engineers to complete tasks and projectsMaintain accurate records of work completed, including time sheets and job reportsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policiesProvide excellent customer service, responding to client requests and resolving issues in a professional and courteous mannerRequirements:

2+ years of experience as a handyman or in a related trade (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical)Minor electrical skills, including knowledge of electrical safety and basic electrical principlesAbility to work at heights and in confined spacesPhysical stamina to lift, carry, and manoeuvre heavy equipment and materialsStrong problem-solving and analytic skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certification or apprenticeship an assetPlease send your CV to Joe Mann of CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on the role!
