My client is a progressive client looking after children with challenging behaviours.

Working with some of the most vulnerable children within a residential enviroment that provides a home from home and a safe environment for the children and young people to grow and learn.

We are looking for that next further support workers to come and provide care and support to an ever-expanding team.

Responsibilities of the Support Worker:

The desire, passion and empathy to work with Children and Young people
A willingness to work towards their Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforces
Confidence and ability to communicate with residents, parents, and other professionals
Ability to work within a team
Computer literate with the ability to comprehensively record and report
Committed to ongoing progression and training
A calm and consistent approach to support
