We’re partnering with a Michelin-starred, award-winning chef who is launching multiple new restaurant concepts in New York City and is seeking a Director of Operations to help lead the next phase of growth.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a DOO, a Multi-Unit General Manager or a high-volume General Manager ready to step into a broader, strategic leadership role. You’ll oversee three distinct concepts, working closely with ownership and culinary leadership to build strong teams, systems, and culture from the ground up.
The Role
Oversee day-to-day operations across three NYC conceptsSupport openings, systems development, and operational executionLead, mentor, and develop General Managers and leadership teamsDrive guest experience, service standards, and brand consistencyManage P&L performance, labor, COGS, and operational KPIsPartner closely with the Chef/Owner on strategy, growth, and executionEnsure Michelin-level standards across service, hospitality, and operationsYour Background
Proven leadership experience within Michelin-starred or Michelin-recognized restaurants (required)Experience as a Multi-Unit GM or very high-volume General ManagerSTRONG footprint in the NYC hospitality sceneStrong financial acumen (P&L, labor, COGS, forecasting)Hands-on, floor-focused leadership styleExperience opening new concepts or scaling operations is highly preferred
