Apprentice Business Admin Coordinator
Your duties will include:
Assisting with the successful delivery of business support services to your specific area of the business whilst developing your understanding of the tasks and actions required Assisting with general office and facilities management, and providing ad hoc assistance to company groups, initiatives and events, demonstrating a positive can-do attitude To deliver your required tasks and activities on time and to the correct standard. Utilising DM systems and processes to deliver business support services and proactively seeking support and training where necessary from key stakeholders Begin to develop an understanding of your client/business area requirements and look to utilise the DM systems, processes and resources available to support them efficiently Develop positive working relationships with DM colleagues and demonstrate good communication and problem-solving skills Ensuring compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, contractual and organisational requirements and policies in own area of responsibility Supporting and participating in company groups, initiatives, events and socials Identifying areas for personal development to improve knowledge and skillsetsTraining:
Business Administrator Standard. Workplace delivery.
Training Outcome:
Progression routes into Business Support/PA roles or Project Coordination/Management.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday. Contractual Hours 9:00 – 17:30 with 1 hour lunch.
