Provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant and HR Director Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Assist in HR-related tasks such as recruitment coordination, onboarding support, and employee record-keeping Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office facilities Support event planning and coordination, including meetings, training sessions, and company events

Training:
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard One day a month at college

Training Outcome:
You could move into a permanent Business Administraion or Personal Assistant role
