Reviews, monitors, and analyses online activity, providing recommendations and insights to others.
• Applies structured techniques to problem-solving and resolves issues across various digital platforms.
• Builds and implements digital campaigns across multiple digital media platforms.
• Uses digital tools effectively to optimize marketing efforts.
• Measures and evaluates the success of digital marketing activities and provides reports on performance metrics.
• Works collaboratively across the business to ensure consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategy and plan
• Supports the promotion of learning and development programs through targeted marketing campaigns.
• Assists in creating marketing content that aligns with educational and training objectives.
• Engages with industry trends and best practices to enhance the reach and effectiveness of learning and development initiatives
• Undertakes other tasks as outlined by the Digital Learning Team lead.
Training:
Training is delivered a mixture of face to face and remote training
Training Outcome:
Apprentices will be able to progress onto higher qualifications

We work both nationally and internationally, offering independent learning and development consultancy, as well as bespoke training to government, industry, and individuals. We are an authorised Vocational Education Training (VET) provider for several national and international accreditation organisations, including the Association of Project Management (APM), APMG International (APM Group), PeopleCert, City & Guilds of London Institute, The Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS). Additionally, ELS is an OFQUAL registered End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) for a selection of Standards at varying levels.

Mon to Fri, shifts TBC.
