Business Administration Apprenticeship
Being the face of the team – meeting and greeting all visitors to site with professionalism
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Managing calls and directing queries to the right team
Welcoming visitors and contractors, ensuring sign-in and security protocols
Filing vehicle records and updating our Fleet Management System (MOT, Tax dates, key locations)
Administering penalty charge notices and scanning documents
Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when needed
Supporting compliance processes to keep our vehicles safe and legal
Training:
5 day working week, with 1 day a week assigned to apprenticeship learning. You will work on site in Manchester.
Training Outcome:
Once the apprenticeship is completed, candidates could move into a role in the compliance team.

Working Hours :
