Level 4 Apprenticeship – Construction Site Supervisor

Supporting the site team with day-to-day management of live construction projects Assisting with site inductions, health and safety checks, and toolbox talks Helping coordinate subcontractors and suppliers Monitoring site progress, quality standards, and environmental responsibilities Attending design meetings and learning how projects move from plans to delivery Completing coursework and off-the-job training towards the Level 4 HNC qualification Learning to interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documentation

Training:

Day Release - 1 day per week at the Mansfield NTU Campus completing studies.

Remaining 4 days per week - on live Clegg Construction site.

You may be required to work from our Nottingham Lace Market Head Office from time to time.

Training Outcome:

Working under the Operations Manager, the qualified apprentice could go on to be an Assistant Site Manager > Site Manager > Senior Site Manager > Project Manager.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 07.30 – 17:00 (1 hour for lunch). One day a week at Nottingham Trent University Campus.
