Role & Responsibilities as a Senior HR Specialist
Dealing with high volume ER issues e.g.
disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and attendance issues.
Onsite Recruitment and identify short, medium, and long-term resourcing plan to support the leadership team in the recruitment process.
Leading the Human Resource/ Employee Relations projects on site
Return to work from sickness considering mental health understanding the different approaches with different colleagues and being able to adapt to different scenarios.
Support Line Managers with Employment Relations and absence management cases ensuring they are in line with policy and legislation.
Support the Business-Critical Success Factors in terms of attracting, retaining, and developing the right people.

Have worked/currently works in one of the following roles; Senior HR Advisor, Senior HR Officer, Senior HR Specialist, HR Business Partner or Senior ER Advisor
Has worked in one of the following relevant manufacturing industries e.g.

As a Senior HR Specialist has managed and/or lead a team of employees in your current or previous role.
Are CIPD Level 3 or above qualified
Full Benefits as a Senior HR Specialist:
12.5% annual bonus = £4,750
