Events Manager – Venue Hires £33,000 + Bonus London Our client has an exciting opening for an Events Manager to join their venue hire department, your role is to build the venue hire business along with the Director of Events.
As Events Manager you be hands-on with picking up reactive enquiries, planning and delivering the event.
This role requires flexibility to be on site for conferences, weddings, product launches etc when required.Key responsibilities;
Seeing the event through from enquiry to deliveryConducting site show rounds and meetings to gather informationGrow existing accounts of the existing client baseBook external suppliers for event daysRecord revenue for all eventsLook after the front of house and agency staffSell the venue to new clients to generate leads via proactive sales
Skills and requirements;
Previous experience within event managementExtremely organisedAble to work independentlyHardworking and motivedResults driven with a positive attitudeExquisite customer service skills
