Business Development Manager:
Following a highly successful year and the continued expansion of our company, a new position has arisen for a Business Development Manager.
Based at our London Offices and reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, this new role will require the successful candidate to build key client relationships whilst providing leads and new business opportunities within our area of expertise.
The successful candidate will provide new business services to the Business Development (BD) Team; duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
? As a key member of the BD Team the main function of the role is to attract new business, cold calling and to developing the Lead Schedule.
? Personally develop and deliver leads to provide new tender enquiries into the business.
? Working with the BD team, review weekly progress and targets and participate in the weekly sales meeting with the Board.
? Take responsibility for ensuring the Telesales Executive is managed appropriately and is aware of their targets on a day to day basis
? Contribute, as required to contacting Target & Key Accounts under the Sales & Marketing Director's instruction
? Provide a weekly report detailing lead schedule progress, adding new contacts and opportunities which is evidence based and identifies high value fit out projects
? Carry out detailed market research of new sectors, organisations and trends and create reports as directed by the Sales & Marketing Director
? Take ownership and maintain specific Key Accounts, issue regular client bulletins detailing news, projects won, projects started, personal details, property acquired/disposed/tenant deals signed etc to the BD team and ensure the Telesales Executive is fully briefed
