What You will do:

Learn to operate and program CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machinery Work with cutting-edge tools and technologies in a fast-paced production environment Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Collaborate with experienced engineers and technicians Contribute to real-world projects from day one

You will be required to go to Leighton Buzzard College two days a week for the Level 3 Machining Technician qualification. College attendance will begin in March 2026.

Training:

Level 3 Machining Technician
Level 2 Functional Skills in English and maths if required

Training Outcome:

To become a fully skilled CNC Operator, progressing through the company for a long and successful career with Twiflex on completion of the apprenticeship.
