Level 3 – Early Years Educator

Support children’s learning and development through planned activities and play. Observe, record, and report on children’s progress. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment. Work as part of a team and follow guidance from qualified staff. Communicate effectively with parents and carers about children’s wellbeing. Complete apprenticeship training and apply learning in the workplace

Training Outcome:

Build a career in early years education from this Level 3 apprenticeship, progressing to Senior Practitioner, Room Leader, Specialist, or Nursery Manager through hands-on experience, further training, and professional development.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday. Shifts to be confirmed.
