Business / Sales Administrator Apprentice

Duties will include:

Outbound calls for our current clients – using telesales skills to reach out to the target audience Locate and engage with decision makers Develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers Promote client products and services Answer telephone calls and emails as required Maintaining accurate, timely, and complete records Experience of using Microsoft packages. Good work ethic and willingness to learn. Effective communicator, with a polite and professional telephone manner. Able to work as part of a team in a fast-moving environment. Assisting the general office with administration duties

Training Outcome:

After completing the apprenticeship, you may have the opportunity to progress within the business.

08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Thursday. 08:30 - 16:30, Friday.
