Guest Experience Manager – Cardiff – £28,000 to £30,000 Dependant on Experience
My client, a leading UK specialist in commercial property and asset management, are currently seeking a vibrant Guest Experience Manager for their brand new, stunning commercial office space in Cardiff.
You’ll be the building champion, bringing life and soul to the building, being the smiling face that welcomes the tenants and guests and tends to their every need.

Prior experience in high-end customer service within hospitality, cabin crew or property is desirable.
Going above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer service delivering a warm welcome to tenants and guests
Ensure the operations of the building are running smoothly ensuring a high standard of presentation in lobbies and all other spaces
Implement reception procedures including call handling, service desk requests, key handling, post and deliveries, bookings of amenity space, problem handling, and emergency notifications
Get tenants onboard with the building’s technology to deliver a seamless integration
Report service failures and keep a list of any damages or repairs and report the Facilities Manager
Create and provide information and training on new changes for the Front of House Team
Regularly review all building amenities and engage with tenants through meetings and surveys to identify changes in requirements
Identify initiatives such as lunchtime runs or yoga clubs and other social opportunities, such as book clubs, salsa lessons, networking drinks for people to meet or experience downtime
Update community boards via the tenant experience platform to showcase all local amenities like
Secure a budget and organise seasonal events for the tenants
Manage the health and safety, and environmental management platform
Manage budgets to raise purchase orders and approval of invoices
Ensure the tenant experience platform is up to date
Implement and assist with social media for the building
Skills and Experience Required:
Prior experience within high-end hospitality, cabin crew or property
Excellent Customer Service skills
Outstanding organisational skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build report
Able to use own initiative
Proactive and flexible approach to change
Effective IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft and Social Media platforms
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 dependant on experience Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
