A rapidly expanding hospitality and leisure group with 45 venues across the UK is seeking a Senior Arcade Manager (Head of Gaming and Facilities). With 6–8 new sites opening annually, this is a unique opportunity to lead gaming operations and facilities across the business.

Lead and oversee gaming performance and facility management across sitesEnsure arcade and bowling equipment is well-maintained, with minimal downtimeManage a team of technicians, implement maintenance schedules, and ensure H&S complianceOversee budgets, negotiate with vendors, and support new site openings and refurbishmentsReport to the board on key metrics and performance

We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience in multi-site facilities management (hospitality/entertainment)Knows arcade and bowling equipment inside outIs a strong leader with team management experienceCan manage budgets and negotiate contractsIs flexible and willing to travel regularly
