Customer Service/Reception Apprentice
Working on the main reception desk Meeting and greeting face-to-face with customers Assisting with customer requests and queries Answering telephones- inbound and outbound calls Working and liaising with the workshop controller regarding vehicles booked in for maintenance and repairs Logging information and booking vehicles in for service & repairs on IT systems
Training:
No day release required- In-house training/ coach visits Functional skills maths & English if required
Training Outcome:
Full-time employment may be available on completion of the apprenticeship, depending on business needs and performance.

Working Hours :
Monday-Friday 8.00am-5.00pm 1/2 hour lunch.
