Overview of the CRM Manager:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a CRM Manager to join the Sales Operations Team.
Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the CRM Manager will lead the strategy for the CRM Department covering multiple audiences from prospective customers to internal staff.
The CRM Manager is responsible for the development, execution, and continuous refinement of multi-channel Consumer Relations and the development of programs, roadmaps, and Consumer Relation strategies.

In addition the CRM Manager should have a clear understanding of how to leverage consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data in order to deliver relevant marketing programs through multiple communication channels with a vision of growing consumer loyalty and increasing their lifetime value to the business.
The position of CRM Manager demands extensive cross-functional departmental collaboration, good communication skills, excellent project managerial skills, creative skills, and a process-focused aptitude that will enable the CRM Manager to effectively execute multiple responsibilities and deliverables with the Sales & Marketing functions.
CRM Manager Duties:
Identify new opportunities for the intelligent use of the CRM within the company’s communication and marketing journeys.
Sales/territory alignment, management of data import processes and integrations linked to other systems.
Data Analytics & Database Management experience
Experience working with CRM & ERP systems (NetSuite would be an advantage)
Previous experience of CRM Management/Administration
Project Management experience would be an advantage
The Ideall Candidate will have had at least 2 years of experience in a CRM Management position ideally within a Sales team in a fast-paced and highly competitive setting.
Experience with working with multiple communication channels in consumer interactions.
The suitable candidate will also have had some experience in basic set-ups and development of corporate-level CRM programs (NetSuite)
You should also possess strong analytical skills coupled ideally with some project management and planning skills.
Successful candidate should be able to demonstrate knowledge in CRM segmentation, campaign management, direct marketing, email marketing etc
The post holder must have excellent communication skills that will ensure effective conveyance of information and execution of duties in a cross-functional setting.
The CRM Manager will also create reports and strategic proposals that will be presented to senior management.
Most importantly this position will interact with consumers for the purpose of gathering information on the effectiveness of CRM programs and campaigns, the CRM Manager must, therefore, possess excellent communication skills that will guarantee they are able to acquire accurate information and convey this back to the business, which will be subsequently used for improvement of CRM initiatives.
The CRM Manager must also have an ability to create strong, meaningful, and long-lasting relationships.
