Administrative assistant responsibilities:

Organise and schedule appointments and meeting Maintain accurate customer and supplier records Produce and distribute correspondence email, letters, forms etc Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports Develop and maintain a filing system Maintain computer and manual filing system Order office supplies Provide general support to the Sales & Purchase ledger teams Input, understand and translate information within our accounts software Provide general support to visitors Provide information by answering questions and requests Generate reports Handle multiple projects Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Carry out administrative duties Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Training:

Delivery to be completed on-site and off-the-job training either at Barnsley College or your place of work.

You will gain a L3 Business Admin apprenticeship standard.
