Service Manager - Learning Disabilities

My client is looking for an experienced Service Manager to come and join their team in the Herts & Essex area.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established charity organisation that support adults who have learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours.
This position is to overlook and manage 5 Supported Living Services that are all located within a 10 miles radius.
The supported living services support 14 adults in total who have complex needs and challenging behaviours.
You will have a team of 18 staff members that will directly report to you, so having good strong experience in leading and motivating teams is essential.

To be considered for this role you must have the following:
Experienced as a Registered Manager or Service manager
Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Autism and Learning disabilities
Demonstrates positive values
Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
Holds a NVQ 5 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards
Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice
