Job Description:
A utility company in County Durham is looking for a temporary Finance Support Administrator with the view of a permanent role, to raise purchase orders, invoices, goods receipts, GRIR and deal with purchasing and invoice queries.

The successful candidate will process wages, month end accruals and collate data from internal and external databases.
They will actively manage and maintain internal tracking systems, assist with ongoing and ad hoc projects including the mobilisation of new contracts and dilapidation process for terminated contracts, take service request calls from clients and arrange service booking and ensure work output is delivered accurately to agreed timescales.
The Ideal Candidate:

GCSE level, including English and Maths at Grade C or above.
Previous experience working within a responsible busy finance administrative role.
Microsoft Office and Google applications experience.
Organisational Skills are key to this role as you need to manage a variety of tasks and deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively when working remotely from the managers you are supporting.
