Job Title: Chief Operating Officer – Growing Hotel Group
Salary: DoE + Bonus

I am working on an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Irish hotel group as Chief Operating Officer. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive operational excellence across a portfolio of 4-star hotels, ensuring each property delivers top performance, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire General Managers and senior teams across all hotels.Drive revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency across all areas.Implement and enforce brand standards and best-practice procedures.Oversee maintenance, suppliers, and capex planning.Deliver operational excellence for the group-wide rebrand.Optimise processes, service delivery, and cost control.Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies.Coach and develop senior leaders, fostering a strong people-first culture.

What We’re Looking For:

Senior operational leader in multi-site hospitality ideally hotels.5+ years’ experience driving performance across multiple properties.Strategic, hands-on leader with a commercial mindset.Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and capex oversight.Calm, decisive, and detail-oriented problem solver.Passionate about exceptional guest experiences; Irish market knowledge a plus.
