Community Sport and health officer L3 Apprenticeship

As a Sports Coach at Super Star Sport, you will:

Deliver fun, high-quality sports sessions to children of all ages Create a positive, safe, and energetic environment Encourage participation, confidence, and skill development Work in schools, holiday camps, and community settings Be a positive role model and ambassador for the company

You should have:

A passion for sport and working with children Energy, reliability, and a positive attitude Confidence leading groups and delivering activities Good communication and teamwork skills A willingness to learn and develop Desirable (but not essential): Coaching qualifications Experience working with children First Aid qualification Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Training:
The apprentice will receive full on the job training from the employer as well as 20% off the job training They will also receive a full wrap around service from SCL

Training Outcome:
The apprentice can progress on to a L4 Sports Coach if desired
