Office Administrator Apprentice
Answering calls and making direct telephone calls
Sending emails and other correspondence
Maintain accurate filing systems (Paper and Electronic)
Data entry and updating internal records and databases
Providing general administrative support to the team
Learn and use office systems and software effectively
Support other departments with administrative tasks as required
Training:
In-house training given
No college day release
Coach visit in the workplace
Training Outcome:
Can progress with the company once the apprenticeship is completed

Working Hours :
Monday- Friday 9.00am- 4.30pm. 1/2 1/2-hour lunch break.
