Trainee Estate Agent Apprentice

Key Responsibilities: 

Accompanying valuations and viewings Liaising with solicitors & surveyors Dealing with client queries Office administration Liaising with clients face to face and on the telephone Database management of bespoke estate agency software

Training:

As an Apprentice, you will receive hands-on training and support from Simon, Director of Cotswolds Estate Agents, and the wider team. Your apprenticeship will include in-house training, mentoring, and shadowing, complemented by ongoing guidance from your college assessor to support your development throughout the role.

Training Outcome:

This apprenticeship offers a clear progression path, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position and qualify as a Sales Negotiator upon completion.

Working Hours :
You will be expected to work 5 days a week between Monday and Friday 9.00 – 17.30 with 1 hour unpaid lunch and 3 in 4 Saturdays 9.00 – 15.00 with Wednesday off when working a Saturday.
