Maintenance Supervisor - Fulham, London - Temporary - Up to £28.00 

Exciting opportunity to work for an established service provider operating across a premium residential site in Fulham. CBW are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor on a 6-month temporary contract, responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of all engineering and maintenance services across the estate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising two engineers, ensuring all planned and reactive maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard. The role is site-based, working Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.

Due to the residential nature of the site, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check.

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00Key Duties:
Organise and manage all planned and reactive maintenanceLead and supervise a team of multi-skilled engineers (2 direct reports)Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed and documentation meets required standardsMaintain cleanliness and organisation of plant roomsOversee reactive maintenance to ensure it aligns with contractual obligationsManage and deliver minor improvement worksAttend and contribute to client meetingsCoordinate and manage external contractorsPrimarily off the tools, but able to step in when operationally requiredApplicants for the role must be able to meet the following criteria:
Fully qualified to a recognised electrical or mechanical standard (e.g., HNC / C&G)Strong admin and IT skillsPrevious experience supervising within a high-end residential building environmentKnowledge of working to a budget and managing costsPrevious experience of planned and reactive maintenanceExperience working in a building services environmentPlease send your CV to Katie at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.
