Compliance Administrator Required – Cannock (WS11)
Tudor Employment Agency is recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join our client’s team in Cannock.
You will play a key role in providing account and operational support for Compliance Scheme Members – handling collection requests, admin tasks, and customer enquiries related to the collection and treatment of end-of-life waste electricals.
✅ Your Main Duties as a Compliance Administrator:
Generate invoices for clientsResolve invoice queriesAssist with quotationsLiaise with customers on collection requests – resolve failed collections, disputes & concernsProvide collection updatesChase outstanding quotations & support sales pipelinePrepare backing sheets for large invoicingWork closely with internal & external stakeholders to drive customer service & business growthCommunicate effectively via calls, texts & emails – following processesCollaborate with team members to complete invoicing & PO matching tasksSupport Credit Control to resolve disputes & ensure timely paymentsEnsure compliance with Health & Safety policiesThe Ideal Candidate for the Compliance Administrator role:
Excellent customer service & communication skillsAbility to work independentlyStrong time managementAdaptable & eager to learn Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
