Manage the Director’s daily schedule, calendar, meetings, and reminders Prepare and send client quotes, contracts, and documentation accurately and on time Follow up with clients professionally regarding quotes, confirmations, and payments Collect and organise all event details (timings, schedules, access, requirements) Liaise directly with venues and vendors to confirm timings, access, and logistics Liaise directly with venues and vendors to confirm timings, access, and logistics Act as a key point of contact, representing the company with kindness, professionalism, and confidence Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure nothing is missed
