Regional Business Head - Western KSA, Jeddah Base

We have been retained by this well established company, who have an excellent reputation in the GCC region, to find them a Regional Business Head, Western region. This job role would be Jeddah based and would look after the company’s business across Western region of KSA.

We are interested in hearing from those you have the following skills, qualifications and attributes:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Business ManagementMBA preferred10-15 years of experience in non-food Sales leadership role, managing multiple sites or contractsMinimum 5+ years in a senior regional or business leadership roleStrong exposure to KSA or GCC markets, preferably Western RegionProven track record of managing large teams, P&L, and major projectsStrong commercial and financial acumenExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skillsStrategic thinking with hands-on execution abilityFluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
