Accounts and Finance Apprentice (Level 2)

Work as part of the Client Finance team, supporting the provision of financial information and analysis to both existing and prospective clients. Produce timely and accurate sales and transaction fee reports for review by Branch and Account Managers. Raise monthly and quarterly invoices and credit notes, accurately log these in Excel, and file documentation within the appropriate client directories. Monitor transaction fee reports to ensure all required approvals are in place, supporting timely and accurate invoicing. Prepare monthly and quarterly commission statements in line with agreed processes. Maintain accurate records of newly created client accounts.

Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required throughout the year.

Account or Finance Assistant (Level 2) apprenticeship



Training Outcome:

Opportunity to progress onto further industry-recognised qualifications upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Working week: Monday to Friday from 9.00am until 5.30pm.
