Registered Manager

We are looking for a Registered Manager for this well thought of organisation in Somerset. This is a full-time position that is predominantly office based.

About the team

This small organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of Children and their families and work with a therapeutic approach.

About you

The successful candidate will have experience within Children's Social Work, especially in looked after children and fostering teams post qualification whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation. You will also need to have experience as a Team Manager or above. You will ideally have an understanding of working therapeutically and be someone that is engaging and looking to help grow and develop this service.
