V05063  - Higher Apprentice Human Resources

You will give specific advice and coaching on the interpretation of people policies and provide support on people-related elements of business projects.

Working across a variety of business areas, each placement will offer a unique experience, and you will support that business area to deliver their objectives through their people plan. 

You will work with stakeholders inside the HR function, other internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders as appropriate.

The ability to communicate, influence and negotiate is key whilst adopting evidence-based decision making. 

You will use data to provide insights into people trends and issues and support colleagues and leaders in creating solutions to deal with them.



Training:

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.



Training Outcome:

Approximately 95% of apprentices choose to stay on with us. As a global business, there are a world of opportunities – whether you decide to stay in the UK, or explore an overseas role.
