Pump Engineer – FM Service Provider – London (Foot Mobile) – £48,000 to £54,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider based in London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Pump Specialist Engineer to work across seven high-end residential buildings, the majoity of which are in the Canary Wharf area with one being in South West London. The successful candidate will have a strong proven track record in servicing, repairing, and fault-finding on pumps, degassers, BCWS sets and pressurisation units. In return the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £54,000, overtime and further technical training.

Package & Working Hours£48,000 – £54,000 (depending on experience)

£160 per month travel allowance

Overtime available

Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Key ResponsibilitiesServicing, maintenance and fault-finding on:

Pressurisation units: IMI, Flamco, Grundfos, Wilo

Degassers: IMI, Flamco, Grundfos, Wilo

LTHW & CHW pumps: Grundfos, Wilo, Lowara

BCWS pump sets: Grundfos, Wilo, Lowara

Carrying out pump repairs, replacements and system remediation.

Diagnosing complex issues across pump and pressurisation plant.

Supporting closed-loop and domestic water systems when necessary.

Completing service and maintenance reports.

General mechanical plant support across sites.

RequirementsStrong experience with pumps, pressurisation units, degassers, and BCWS sets.

Mechanical/plant background with solid fault-finding skills.

Experience working across LTHW/CHW systems.

Ability to carry out plant repairs and replacements.

Full UK driving licence (foot mobile but may require occasional vehicle use).

Excellent knowledge of manufacturers such as Grundfos, Wilo, Lowara, IMI and Flamco.
