Childcare Level 3 apprenticeship

To act as a key person to a group of children,liasiing closely and building an effective relationship with parents/carers and ensuring each chilld's needs are recognised and met. To work in partnership with parents/carers and other family members. To advise the manager of any concerns, e.g. health and well-being of children, parents or the safety of equipment, preserving confidentiality as necessary. To teach children, offering an appropriate level of support and stimulating play experiences. To ensure that children are kept safe and that you understand when to follow child protection procedures. To actively participate in team meetings, supervision meetings and appraisal meetings. To attend training courses as required and to take responsibility for personal development.

Training:

Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
Training will be done at the location.

Training Outcome:

Permanent position.

We first opened in 2004 to cater for local demand and offer full day care for children from 4 months to 5 years. In 2010 we expanded by adding a new unit to provide 49 places altogether and we are open all year round.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday. To work 4 long days. Days to be confirmed. 09.00am to 6.00pm.
