Apprentice Learning and Development Coordinator
This position plays a key role in ensuring our learning and development system runs smoothly. You’ll be at the centre of how learning happens at Wrigleys.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Keep our learning platform up to date Coordinate training sessions Respond to queries in shared inboxes and help colleagues with training questions Maintain learning materials so resources are clear, current, and easy to find Work with external training providers to arrange sessions and manage bookings or memberships Collect feedback through surveys and help us improve our learning offer Keep training records accurate and support with reporting when needed Share updates on Teams and SharePoint and make sure calendars are always up to date Support the firm’s induction programme to ensure a great experience for new startersTraining:
The candidate will complete an apprenticeship within the agreed subject for the vacancy. This may include a BTEC Diploma/Standard and End-Point Assessment. It may also include Functional Skills in maths and English.
The apprentice at the end of this qualification will achieve a Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard.
The successful candidate will have access to professional development opportunities, including training programmes and mentoring.
Training Outcome:
Progression within the Learning and Development Coordinator role.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.15.
