Junior Admin Apprentice

Answering incoming phone calls and providing excellent customer service Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner Booking surveys and managing associated arrangements Communicating with clients and customers to handle enquiries and resolve issues Updating internal computer systems accurately Booking works and ensuring all client systems and communication requirements are completed

Training:

Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:

Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable) Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)

You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the Apprenticeship. There will also be an end point assessment. 



Training Outcome:
After the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the workplace or go on to higher education

ATR Building Services are a building maintenance company based in the city of Hull, but operating extensively throughout the UK. The company carry out general maintenance on domestic and commercial properties including the provision of specialist design services.



Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, between 8:00am - 5:00pm.
