Customer Service Apprentice

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

The duties required by this role include:

Reception duties Assisting patients in choosing glasses Invoicing Sales Helping in the onsite optical laboratory

Training:
Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard Relevant workplace training Functional Skills if required

Training Outcome:
To be decided upon completion of qualification

Monday - Thursday, 09:00 - 17:30; Friday, 09:00 - 13:00; Saturday, 09:00 - 13:00
