Business Administration Apprentice - Transport
Responsibilities:
Track and monitor company vehicles: monitoring vehicle status, usage, and availability Book jobs into the scheduling/dispatch system in a timely manner Communicate with drivers over the phone: allocate jobs, update schedules, confirm availability Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers: take job requests, provide updates, answer general enquiries Follow up with drivers to collect essential documentation (e.g., signed contracts, “back-to-work” interview forms, compliance paperwork) Liaise between office, drivers and customers to ensure smooth operations Support general office administration as requiredTraining:
Teaching and learning the skills, knowledge and behaviours within Business Administration Level 3.
Training Outcome:

9am to 5pm Monday - Friday (40 hours)
