Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries in a polite and professional manner. Collating numbers for school dinners and keeping accurate records. Assisting with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents. Supporting staff with administrative tasks to help them focus on larger projects. Updating and maintaining school systems and databases (training provided). Greeting visitors and providing a friendly and helpful first point of contact.

Training Outcome:

Potential full-time employment for the right candidate upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8:35am to 3:30pm, with a 30 minute break.
