Early Years Apprentice

•           Supporting children’s learning and development through play

•           Helping to set up safe, engaging indoor and outdoor activities

•           Assisting with daily routines such as meals, nappy changing and tidying

•           Building warm, positive relationships with children and families

•           Observing children’s progress and sharing information with the team

•           Following safeguarding, health and safety and EYFS requirements

•           Working as part of a friendly team and contributing to the nursery environment



Training:

Apprentices will be allocated a Trainer Assessor and training will be
planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet
the individual needs of the apprentice.
The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off the job
activities and training.
On the job and off the job training will be delivered in the
workplace.



Training Outcome:

The successful candidate may potentially be offered a full time position after the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, shifts hours between 7am – 6pm
