Equine Apprentice Groom - Large Livery Yard

All normal yard duties:

Mucking out / keeping yard tidy Turning horses in and out Putting rugs on and off / picking out feet Filling haynets / waterbuckets Feeding Grooming / tacking up Lunging and long reining Riding / hacking available for the right candidate

Training:
Level 3 Senior Equine Groom Apprenticeship Standard
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
Possibility of full time employment or progression to the Level 3 Senior Groom , if doing a Level 2

A family run livery yard where your horse’s needs are at the heart of what we offer.

Working Hours :
Hours are 32 per week over 4 days to include at least 1 weekend day, 8.00am - 5.00pm .
