V05082 - Higher Apprentice Design Engineering Technical

You will be spending the first 6 months in Portsmouth Naval Base’s Skills and Development Centre where you will develop your practical engineering skills You will develop knowledge, skills and behaviours within your engineering discipline whilst gaining valuable experience in design engineering Within the Design Team you will experience placements with the other engineering disciplines to provide a wider perspective and all-round engineering understanding

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
Approximately 95% of apprentices choose to stay on with us. As a global business there are a world of opportunities– whether you decide to stay in the UK, or explore an overseas role
