V05076 - Advanced Apprentice Electrical Manufacturing Engineering

Overhaul and manufacture components and assemblies found within our complex radar and underwater military products Produce or re-furbish the components found in our underwater military products Interpret drawings/specifications to plan work, ensuring you have the right tools, equipment and resources to complete the task to the required specification Develop a detailed understanding of manufacturing and assembly techniques, to include, but not limited to, electrical wiring, mechanical fitting, printed circuit board rework and microelectronics processing During the first year you will be based within our Skills Development Centre located in Portsmouth Naval Base

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
