To contribute to the room planning
To understand the requirements of the EYFS, health and safety and Ofsted
To liaise professionally and courteously with parents, children & colleagues
To prepare daily activities for all children
To interact effectively with all children
To assist in the setting up of the room in the morning & throughout the day
To encourage and support children to develop their language, motor and social skills
To supervise indoor and outdoor play activities
To supervise snack and mealtimes, including cleaning
Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
Training Outcome:
For the successful candidate, there is the opportunity of ongoing employment.
Employer Description:
HOSCA is an independent organisation with its own URN (Unique Reference Number) based within the Haydn School grounds. It was established in 1994 to provide good quality out-of-school childcare, primarily for children attending Haydn School.
Working Hours :
16 hours per week, this may be more over school holidays. Days and times to be confirmed.
