V05007 - Degree Apprentice Project Management

During this 5-year programme you will learn the knowledge required to successfully manage our complex projects and programmes.

Duties will include:

You will develop leadership and change management skills, understanding how to utilise project management tools, methods and developing strategic plans You’ll learn how to manage budgets, schedules, risks and resources, applying project governance and tools Opportunities could include facilitating project performance reviews, understanding project control checks, and undertaking effective RAID (risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies) management across continuous improvement portfolios Alongside technical knowledge, you’ll build communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills with behaviours focussed on professionalism, adaptability and accountability

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
Approximately 95% of apprentices choose to stay on with us. As a global business there are a world of opportunities - whether you decide to stay in the UK, or explore an overseas role
