Arranging movement of freight from origin to destination, both international and national Handling European Groupage Services & Customs Clearances Communicating with customers as to the progress of their shipments Liaising with customers, overseas partners and suppliers Using freight management system to input jobs and carry out tasks Working with the team to ensure that customer service is always maintained Communicate with all members of staff at all levels Excellent customer service skills

To have a long and successful career within the freight industry, becoming a Road Freight Operator upon completion on the IFF Apprenticeship

Working Hours :
Monday- Friday 09:00- 17:00 1 hour lunch break
