Digital Marketing Degree Apprentice

This is a really exciting role where you’ll help deliver the Sales and Marketing Road Map for 2026 – a year we have ambition plans that you’ll help shape and deliver.

In this role you will help:

Drive our strategy including customer engagement Support sales activity Create digital content Manage socials Assist with design work, website UX Track performance Contribute to wider campaigns.

You’ll work closely with our founder to play a key role in helping us grow our online presence and brand visibility across multiple sectors and also support new product development, events planning, customer journey and brand awareness.

Training:

Level 6 Digital Marketer (Integrated Degree)

The successful candidate will undertake a 42 month, nationally recognised Degree Apprenticeship. This is a work-based learning programme which will require commitment to block weeks in an online training room once every quarter working towards the qualification along with weekly off the job training and monthly coaching sessions You will be required to demonstrate through the standard that you meet all competencies and behaviours, which will lead to the achievement of the degree apprenticeship You will have a designated mentor in the workplace to support your learning and at the end of programme will be assessed via an external assessment body

Training Outcome:
Opportunity for a full-time role upon completion of Apprenticeship. Long-term progression in marketing, sales, digital content creation or brand management within Smile Box as we continue to grow and opportunities for further personal development
