Early years educator apprenticeship

Assist in delivering high quality early years education to children Support the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities that promote children’s development Observe children’s progress and provide feedback to senior practitioners Build positive relationships with children, parents and staff Ensure the children’s safety and well-being at all times, following safeguarding policies and procedures Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming learning environment Attend training sessions and complete coursework as part of the apprenticeship programme Contribute to a team that fosters positive, inclusive and engaging learning experiences

Training:
Early Years Educator level 3 standard 20% off the job training  Tutor support via online platform

Training Outcome:

Permanent role considered on completion of the apprenticeship. 

Level 5 early years qualification available.

Working Hours :
Monday – Friday 8.15am-3.30pm with 45 minute lunchbreak.
